The Cornell Chapter of Alums for Campus Fairness (ACF-Cornell) was troubled by yesterday’s hostile demonstration that disrupted and intimidated students studying in the library. It follows a long series of antisemitic activities at Cornell that regrettably have resulted in Jewish students fearing for their safety. However, this time, Cornell appears to be taking action to enforce the Student Code of Conduct. ACF-Cornell is encouraged by Cornell’s initial communication on the matter and hopeful it will be followed by disciplinary action, along with a long-overdue commitment by President Martha Pollack to define and denounce antisemitism.

About ACF: Alums for Campus Fairness (ACF) leverages the unique power of alumni to combat antisemitism on college campuses.
