ACF Monitoring Antisemitic Student Tirade at the University of Miami

Alums for Campus Fairness (ACF) is closely monitoring an incident at the University of Miami in which a student directed vicious antisemitic slurs and religious falsehoods at Jewish students tabling for Students Supporting Israel (SSI). The individual reportedly made inflammatory accusations about Jewish practices and repeated false claims about the Talmud while shouting “Free Palestine” and other derogatory statements. Video footage and multiple student accounts documented the encounter.

The University of Miami issued a statement affirming its support for free expression while also noting that it is investigating whether lines were crossed and what steps may be necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of students on campus.

ACF commends the university for taking the incident seriously and urges continued transparency and accountability throughout the investigation. Jewish students must be able to engage openly and safely in campus activities without being subjected to antisemitic rhetoric or hostility.
