Alums for Campus Fairness (ACF) commends Governor Charles D. Baker, Lt. Governor Karyn E. Polito, Secretary William Francis Galvin, and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for officially endorsing the IHRA working definition of antisemitism.

This proclamation is a substantive step towards combating antisemitism and committing to the safety and welfare of Jewish communities across Massachusetts.

We are proud that the Commonwealth officials are taking actionable steps to protect Jewish citizens from hate and bigotry in public life, media, workplaces, schools and places of religion.

We recognize this is not the end of the battle but a large step foward and are hoping to see this reflected and repeated in city councils and on college campuses across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

About ACF: Alums for Campus Fairness (ACF) leverages the unique power of alumni to combat antisemitism on college campuses. ACF helps organize and cultivate alumni chapters for colleges and universities across the country, equipping members with tools, tactics, and training to proactively engage with administrators.
