On Sunday, April 11th, SJP’s concerning antisemitism resolution was defeated by a vote in the University Student Senate (USS) of the City University of New York (CUNY). With this vote, the students have ensured that all student voices, including those of Jewish students and allies, would be heard.

This would not be possible without the bravery and leadership shown by Jewish students and allies, as well as our partners on the ground. Without Jewish student leaders, this resolution was expected to pass and we are grateful for this victory. We were proud to support the CUNY Jewish community by creating a petition that garnered many signatures. Please continue to sign the petition to show your support for the CUNY students!
