On Tuesday night, September 15th, Arizona State’s Tempe Senate passed a resolution condemning antisemitism, recognizing the IHRA definition of antisemitism, and calling for institutional representation for Jewish students.

In rejecting hate and division, the Tempe Senate passed the resolution with a vote of 15 in favor, 1 against, and 3 abstentions. With this vote, Tempe Senate has ensured that all student voices, including those of Jewish and Pro-Israel students, would be heard.

ACF applauds the passing of this resolution. We call on the greater Arizona State community to stand with Jewish students and their allies on campus.
