Last night, Duke Student Government (DSG) passed a resolution condemning antisemitism and recognizing the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) definition of antisemitism.

This vote comes a week after DSG senators attended an antisemitism training led by the Freeman Center for Jewish Life. With this vote, DSG has ensured that all student voices, including those of Jewish and Pro-Israel students, would be heard.

While ACF applauds the passing of this resolution, we call on DSG to step up and reconsider the recognition of Students Supporting Israel. We call on the greater Duke community to stand with Jewish students and their allies on campus.
